The hotel was perfect and the location was magnificent adjacent to the aiport, and the city center. Big and fairly quiet room with basic needs, everything was really good!

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The location was convenient, being very close to the airport, which made it easy for us to start our trip without any hassle. The hotel provided a complimentary airport transfer service, which was a nice touch and saved us time and money. The room itself was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and a refrigerator. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided by the hotel, which gave us a good start to our day.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the hotel is located next to a busy road, so there was quite a bit of noise, which disturbed our peace and quiet at times.

We think it's a good base for staying in Yerevan. The staff are very, very nice and superbly friendly as well as the owner. The rooms offered are warm and modest with a second heater and views real Pleasant, for instance. The location is favourable and magnificent, 4 miles from Alphabet.

We had a great experience staying at Kesabella Touristic House Bed & Breakfast. The owner was extremely hospitable and went out of his way to make us comfortable. He even provided free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a fantastic convenience. The room was basic but had everything we needed, including a clean and comfy bed, refrigerator, AC, heater. The breakfast provided was cozy and the free Wi-Fi worked well. it was the ideal place to stay near the airport.

The hotel itself was homely and everything was very good. Extremely friendly and absolutely friendly staff members provided a few recommendations. I booked an a single room with a mini bar, climate control and multi-channel television.

We had a late arrival and the property owner made sure to arrange airport transfer for us, which was a huge relief. The owner was very friendly and even cooked us a delicious meal for dinner. The customer service was exceptional, and the price was very reasonable. I had a surprising and enjoyable stay at Kesabella Touristic House.

The service at Kesabella Touristic House was exceptional. When we mentioned that we were vegetarians, the owner and his wife went out of their way to ensure we had suitable food. They even drove into town just to accommodate our dietary needs. The facilities, albeit simple, were sufficient for our one-night stay before our morning departure. The location near the airport was incredibly convenient, and the free Wi-Fi was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing hospitality.

We had a fantastic stay at Kesabella Touristic House. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They picked us up from the airport at 5 AM, despite a delayed flight, and even dropped us off again. The breakfast was delicious with fresh, homemade goodies. The proximity to a supermarket was a convenient bonus. The gardens were beautiful and added to the cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and warm hospitality.
